Gabriel Kivivuori Sereno is a Mexican-Finnish singer, composer and pianist. He studies singing at the Sibelius Academy with Petteri Salomaa and minors in composition with Tapio Tuomela.

The young musician has played opera roles in productions by OperaBox and the Joensuu and Satakunta Opera Associations. His debut orchestral works have been performed by the Kymi Sinfonietta and the Joensuu, Kuopio and Mikkeli City Orchestras.

Gabriel was awarded the Eero Rantala Fund of the Finnish Cultural Foundation’s Timo Mustakallio Song Competition 2023 and won the youth category of the 2022 International Children and Youth Uuno Klami Composition Competition.

Gabriel is the FRSO Young Soloist of the Year 2024 and Young Artist of the Year at the Kaustinen Chamber Music Week and Joensuu Music Festival.
