TMJ x Turkuseura: A Housewarming Party with a Turku Twist

Turkuseura has moved to the House of Arts – and it’s time to celebrate! As part of the Old Town Festival, we’re hosting a Turku-style housewarming party that brings together music, community, and Turku’s cultural heritage in the cozy courtyard of the House of Arts.

The atmosphere of the event will be warm, welcoming, and communal. The courtyard will feature greetings, live music, and cheerful discussions about the past and future activities of the Turku Music Festival and Turkuseura. Visitors can take part in a light-hearted Turku trivia quiz, and the event will culminate in music.

At the same time, artists and creative professionals from the House of Arts will showcase their work and sell their products in the courtyard. The entire House of Arts will be open to the public from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m., offering a glimpse into the daily life of art-making and a chance to explore the building’s diverse content.
