INKERI LINTERVO

Inkeri Lintervo is a Turku-based harpist, singer and music pedagogy student. Having grown up surrounded by music and musical activities, Lintervo discovered the harp in 2019 at the Sibelius Institute in Hämeenlinna. In 2022, she continued her studies at the Turku Conservatory under Hanna Kenttämies and currently studies harp at the Turku University of Applied Sciences, Arts Academy, under the guidance of Kenttämies and Päivi Severeide. She has also sought further knowledge and inspiration through masterclasses, including with Claudia Lucia Lamanna and Veronika Lemishenko. Lintervo also holds a professional qualification as a singer and enjoys combining singing and harp playing in her musicianship and performances.

Lintervo made her debut with the Turku Philharmonic Orchestra’s Young Soloists concert series in spring 2026 – reportedly the first harpist to do so in the 57-year history of the series. Alongside her studies, she performs extensively as a soloist, with orchestras and in chamber music ensembles.

Highlights of the past year include appearing as a soloist with Sigyn Sinfonietta, participating in a recording with the Finnish Wind Sinfonietta, and performing as a guest musician with the Turku Philharmonic Orchestra. Lintervo has also gained orchestral experience through student orchestras and participated in the Student Orchestra’s 100th-anniversary tour in spring 2026.

As a harpist, she has a particular passion for harp music from the Romantic and Impressionist eras, as well as new Finnish music. Lintervo enjoys collaborating with young local composers and has been involved in creating and premiering new harp music and bringing it to audiences. Her collaboration with Kuura Klaavu began in 2022 with the harp series Cloud Suite (Pilvisarja).
