For years, the Turku Music Festival has included a variety of home concerts. The Music Festival’s home concert series for 2022 will conclude with home concerts by Finland’s most famous design couple.

Saana & Olli, the highly acclaimed and popular design couple, invite the audience to their magnificent home to listen to music by Arvo Pärt, Caroline Shaw and Philip Glass, interpreted by the string quartet Lumo Ensemble.

The childhood home of Touko Laaksonen aka Tom of Finland is now home to designer couple Saana Sipilä and Olli Sallinen. They use the second half of a 100-year-old elementary school, which was cut in half with a chainsaw. Saana and Olli’s home won the 2021 Finland’s Most Beautiful Home programme.
